I began teaching at Olney Elementary in August of 2011. I taught 2^nd grade for 2 years before moving up to 3^rd Grade Science and Social Studies for 10 years! While I loved my time in the classroom I am excited to serve our district as the EB Coordinator this year! I love my job and the kiddos that become part of my family each year! 

I began teaching in the Fall of 2010 where I taught 2^nd grade followed by prek before moving to Olney. 

I married Kade Betts, who is originally from Olney, on April 14, 2012. We have 3 boys, Kameron, Brayson & Logan. 

I love to sing and craft! In my spare time, which is not very often, I love to read! If you know me, then you know that I sing pretty much constantly! I love to play music in my room while my students work quietly. I love it when we all know a song and I can listen to the children singing/humming quietly at their desk while they are working. Music makes my heart happy!
